★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy lento el sistema para que te den tu recibo y para que te entreguen el material, el dueño no se preocupa por arreglar esa situación, (ya tiene tiempo así) en cuanto a los que despachan , primero reciben los materiales que le van llegando y el cliente a lo último, me hicieron esperar una hora en lo que me imprimen el recibo y me entregan la mercancia, perdida de tiempo. Prefiero ir a otra ferretería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los dependientes se la pasan hablando por telefono, son 3 y tardan en atenderte. Los despachadores son muy, muy eficientes. Aunque es una situación de la empresa pero no usan fajas ni cascos de seguridad y cargan materiales bien pesados.
