★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No informan bien al cliente, no hacen fletes de varillas, si quieres que te envien varillas pagas 115 aproximadamente.y de paso al llegarme la varilla que a mi me sucedio me dijeron que ellos no bajan la varilla que uno mismo tiene que ver como las bajo. ¿no se si sea asi la politica de la ferre en todo el pais y porque? Espero tomen medidas porque el cliente paga con pesos mexicanos nada es gratis . Y si hay cambio de politica hacia el servicio con el cliente coloquen los avisos en carteles porque de lo contrario ocultan una verdad y dicen mentiras. como empresa debe de mostrar al publico su politica y no la veo por ninguna parte de la empresa.

NO RECOMENDABLE, PESIMO SERVICIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son buenos y está muy bien surtido, lo que flaquea es el personal que te atiende, este carece de conocimiento en algunos artículos y su falta de atención al clientes, les hace falta hacer énfasis en el trato.
