★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera demasiado largo, deben de agilizar sus entregas, no entiendo su cargo por cancelación, es absurdo cobrar por algo que suele suceder, tienen desabasto de productos como spray, brochas, tuercas los cambios en las características de algunas herramientas no es expresado a tiempo. Es una marca muy vendida, pero si requerimos tener mejor atención y servicio.
