★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron atentos y amables los de la ferretería y la bodega pero tienen problemas de logística entre las sucursales, me hicieron perder un día completo,no pudieron entregarme en su tiempo y forma el material que se compró.
Those of the hardware store and the winery were attentive and friendly but they have logistics problems between the branches, they made me lose a full day, they could not deliver me in their time and form the material that was purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente, uno de los que está en mostrador parece que está molesto, después cuando me llevaron material se les olvidaron unos clavos que necesitaba mucho y quedaron en ir por ellos y no.
Cuando les recordé me dijeron que fuera por ellos y que cerraban a la 1 pm, cosa que no podía hacer porque estaba ocupado y fueron ellos los que olvidaron, no fueron nada atentos.
Les dije que no podía ir, explicando mis motivos y les dije que ya lo dejaran y que me regresarán mi dinero, acto seguido les di mis datos bancarios y jamás y nunca me devolvieron mi dinero (no era la gran cosa) pero creo que si ellos omitieron entregar el material tal como se habían comprometido, no hubiera pasado eso.
Bad customer service, one of those at the counter seems to be annoyed, then when they brought me material they forgot some nails that they needed a lot and they decided to go for them and no.
When I reminded them they told me to go get them and that they closed at 1 pm, which I couldn't do because it was busy and they were the ones who forgot, they weren't at all attentive.
I told them that I could not go, explaining my reasons and I told them to leave it and that they will return my money, then I gave them my bank details and they never and never gave me my money back (it was not a big deal) but I think so they failed to deliver the material as promised, that would not have happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para llegar como proveedor de material lo tienen de 3 a 5 días. Si te tocó fin de semana es otros 2 días más sin descargar.
Terrible place to arrive as a material supplier they have it from 3 to 5 days. If it was your weekend, it's another 2 days without downloading.
