La carne es suave, no tiene pedazos de grasa revuelta en la carne como en otros lugares; en un principio el color rojo me intimidó un poco, pero está bien condimentada. La mandaron bajada directamente del trompo, con el corte adecuado (ni muy grueso ni muy delgado) y perfectamente cocida, cosa que se agradece porque no me gusta cuando pasan el pastor por la plancha. Todo llegó caliente y las porciones son excelentes, me gustó mucho que tienen la salsa de mi preferencia para acompañar el pastor. El precio, similar a lugares que están por la zona pero en servicio, sabor y porciones son mucho mejor. Pagamos $285 a través de Rappi y comimos 4 personas. Definitivamente volveré a comprar. It seems to me the most balanced option of all those that are in the area. The meat is tender, no chunks of fat scrambled into the meat like other places; at first the red color intimidated me a bit, but it is well seasoned. They sent it down directly from the top, with the right cut (neither too thick nor too thin) and perfectly cooked, which is appreciated because I don't like it when they grill the shepherd. Everything arrived hot and the portions are excellent, I really liked that they have the sauce of my choice to accompany the pastor. The price, similar to places that are in the area but in service, flavor and portions are much better. We paid $285 through Rappi and 4 people ate. I will definitely buy again.

Es el pastor más delicioso qué he probado en vida y la atención al cliente es la mejor que he tenido en un restaurante. Pagaría el doble por su mestiza de pastor. Lo recomiendo al 100%!
