I had never heard of Chiles de Nogada before. OMG SO delicious! When I got back home (WA state) I learned how to make it, and the whole family likes it, but mine aren't as good as La Finca de Adobe!
A great place for a good, relaxing meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Metepec and Santa Fe for business and came to La Finca for breakfast. It was very good. The buffet was fresh with a wondeeful selection of fruits, entrees, and sweet breads. The coffee was strong and bold and the fresh juices were cold and rich. The armosphere is quaint with tables surrounding a pretty garden in the center. The service was exceptional. I am glad I stopped in.
