★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vegan restaurant was so delicious, I tried the torta ahogada and it did not disappoint. The torta ahogada is a typical dish so was excited that they had a vegan version. For dessert I bought some vegansitos and they did not disappoint, it was just like having a Gansito. The service was good as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place came highly recommended and was conveniently located for my Guadalajara stay. Service was top-notch: fast, friendly and attentive. Chips and salsa brought to your table while you wait for your meal. Great vegan Mexican food, beautifully presented. Covered outdoor seating only, very popular, fills up fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a couple vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Guadalajara and wasn't impressed, but then La Flaca: QUE PRECIOSA!!
From the helpful, friendly waiter to the cute, but small space and its delightful ambience to the exquisite food. I had the enmoladas: rolled tortillas, tofu, nuts, sour cream, avocado, onions, and more. Excellent! I also took home a litre of cooked Peruvian beans for a mere 50 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious at an affordable price. Server was attentive to detail, and polite.
The place was clean and fresh.
The only thing I would point out it's the ice cream was served in a plate instead of a bowl, it was a bit harder to use a spoon to pick icecream up. But overall great experience. Would definitely visit again and recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Flaca is a small, vegan restaurant in Guadalajara. It's small in size but it serves up big tastes. I had the guacamole with chips, BBQ cauliflower wings with ranch dressing and the emouladas which were out if this world!? The playlist was very tasteful and the music played softly in the background. The waiter was very nice and patient with me as my Spanish is weak?. But that didn't deter him. He was very gracious. The hostess, who may be La Flaca, spoke English and came to assist me with ordering. She was very pleasant and patient as well. I will definitely be visiting La Flaca again!???
