★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay in Valladolid. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with many homegrown ingredients. We had a great time and I can definitely recommend this place. It is about 5-10 min to the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable room with a huge bed. All decoration was of high taste and the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, with products from the owners ranch and from other locals. On one day we left earlier than the breakfast time and we were offered a takeaway breakfast with a homemade bread sandwich and fruit which was perfect for our day. The owners are very friendly and helpful and also sell homemade scarfs, notebooks, jams and other goodies. Definitely worth staying at La Flor and we will definitely be back if we come back to the region (which I hope to do) ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful wabi sabi (beauty in imperfection) styled place that's very clean with friendly owners who have a real story to tell. They speak multiple languages including English, German, Spanish, Swiss & Portuguese.
The breakfasts are amazing and served at any time you request, with sides of fresh home baked bread, home made jams, fresh pressed juice and a desert. These are so good that the owned is opening a coffee shop just for coffee strudel. They own a nearby organic farm where nearly all the food for breakfast comes from.
So much more to this little place than just somewhere to stay, we extend our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and inspiring place. It is very obvious that they put a lot of effort and love in creating this place. The owners meet you in person and for us, they gave great recommendations in Valladolid, making our stay here very memorable. The breakfast is remarkable, with own eggs/vegetables/croissant from their own farm / bakery. We also enjoyed their knowledge of the Mayan people and Mexican society, that they openly shared.
things as a suggestion of improvement:
- I unfortunately got an allergic reaction from the pillows, that I also didn’t care for (very hard).
- there was alot of noise from barking dogs during the night.
- the light bulbs give a very cold and harsh light, that collides with the softness of the space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favorite places in the Yucatan. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and well kept. The entire hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. There's a very relaxing rooftop with a gorgeous basin pool. Everything has been designed by the owners themselves, who are extremely kind and accommodating. We had to arrive later than expected and Cesar waited to receive us despite the delay. The breakfast comes from the couple's farm and everything is homemade and delicious. I never write reviews, but I highly recommend staying here. Lisa, one of the owners, also used to be a travel guide and gives great itinerary tips for the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully designed peaceful space in a safe street. Breakfast simple, but very tasty - eggs and vegs of own production in a rancho.
Owners friendly, informative with lots of tips while not being too pushy.
JUST the strong white lights upstairs in a terrace could be changed for something more cozy...
