★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si hagan examen de calidad a sus preparaciones. Compré una cajeta de su marca y tiene demasiado alcohol, demasiado líquida, prefiero tirarla a comerla de nuevo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por tradición y sabor, La Flor de Celaya, es la mejor cajeta. Fundada por el año 1890, atendida y siempre manteniendo el buen prestigió por parte de la familia Rodriguez . Cuando niños al salir de la escuela comprábamos un bolillo e íbamos a pedir cajeta y nunca nos negaron un poco. La estación del tren y esta fábrica de cajeta son de los mejores recuerdos de la infancia.
Atendida por el siempre amable y sonriente "Goyo" Rodriguez.
By tradition and flavor, La Flor de Celaya is the best cajeta. Founded by 1890, attended and always maintaining good prestige by the Rodriguez family. When children left school we bought a bobbin and we were going to ask for Cajeta and they never denied us a little. The train station and this cajeta factory are the best childhood memories.
Attended by the always friendly and smiling "Goyo" Rodriguez.
