Mi experiencia con ellos fue increíble! Yazmin Me ayudo y contesto todas mis preguntas. Me ayudo más de lo que tenia que hacer para completar una misión casi imposible. Yo la contacté desde estados unidos y gracias a su servicio pude cumplir la mision! Se las súper recomiendo! El arreglo estaba hermoso! Gracias por toda tu ayuda!

I had a bad experience with this flower shop. I had ordered flowers early around noon. The lady that took my order said around 2 hours they had my order. But when I showed up at 6 pm to get my flowers they had not even made my order. Then they pretty much did not want to refund me my money because this and that. They made all types of excuses. I had no choice but to receive the flowers. At the end of the day one hour waiting for them to resolve this. Didn't want to refund. Terrible terrible service. Tuve una mala experiencia con esta floristería. Había ordenado flores temprano alrededor del mediodía. La señora que tomó mi pedido dijo que alrededor de 2 horas tenían mi pedido. Pero cuando me presenté a las 6 de la tarde para recoger mis flores, ni siquiera habían hecho mi pedido. Entonces prácticamente no querían reembolsarme mi dinero por esto y aquello. Hicieron todo tipo de excusas. No tuve más remedio que recibir las flores. Al final del día una hora esperando a que resuelvan esto. No quise reembolsar. Terrible terrible servicio.

My experience with Jackeline was lovely. She was friendly, professional and her English proficiency eased my mind in calling another country. I sent flowers to someone vacationing in Cancun and am pleased with the result.

I live all the way in Australia but my Mum was having her Birthday in Cancun, I was so happy with the service La Floristeria provided. They showed me different photos to get ideas of how the arrangement was going to look like and at the end they made a beautiful arrangement full of pink roses which made Mum VERY HAPPY! I will highly recommend these guys :)

Worst flowers ever! You will not receive what you see in pictures. Worst presentation I have ever seen. Looks like they ran out of flower vases and used this which you can see the foam brick trying to hold the flowers.
