Me mudé hace poco a Mérida y descubrí este lugar con los mejores tacos al pastor que había probado, incluyendo la ciudad de México. La carne fresca, bien condimentada, jugosa y llena de sabor, cada mordida era exquisita (lo demás del menú bueno, pero nada extraordinario que mencionar). Pero luego cambió el personal y las salsas se volvieron más agua que salsa y la crema con ajo igual casi sin sabor, pero la carne al pastor seguía siendo deliciosa, así que pasamos por alto el primer cambio. Pero ahora desde hace como dos semanas, vemos otro cambio de personal y las salsas siguen siendo malas, pero lo peor es que ahora la carne ya NO es la misma, está seca, sin sabor, con muchas partes quemadas que le dan un sabor muy raro. Quizá no sea mala tampoco, pero no como era antes y por tanto ya no ofrece nada especial que me haga regresan cómo lo hice casi cada semana los últimos cuatro meses.
