★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En un tel te toman pedido, pero en ese no te pueden enviar la carta, te refieren a otro (whats) , en ese contestan cada 10 minutos, no responden dudas (promociones precios) y cuando insistí, después de 15 minutos me dijeron que marcara al otro número para pedir cortántemente y sin responder mis preguntas. 25 minutos y no se puede pedir. Qué gran sistema!! Invitado a no comprar ahí.

Al llegar al local, les pedí otra bolsita de servilletas y salsas, a lo cual el encargado me dijo que tenía un costo extra de 15 pesos ? son 4 bolsitas de cátsup y dos de valentina y 3 servilletas.

Terrible service from the first call, they do not serve you well, they are despots.
When I got to the place, I asked for another bag of napkins and sauces, to which the manager told me that it had an extra cost of 15 pesos ? there are 4 bags of ketchup and two of Valentina and 3 napkins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't give a bad rating, but I got disturbed by the poor customer Service I got here and made me write about their Poor service and poor meals. Although their prices are above average they charge on top of it $15 pesos extra if you want any flavor combination. The pizza was half burned and as for flavor it was almost tasteless as the ingredients were barely showing. As for staff, there was a woman faking that she cared and a man who didn't bothered to be empathetic although he's the one that took the order. I honestly was so bothered by all these situations that I didn't even mind taking a picture of the shameful pizza and I honestly will hardly go back. This is supposed to be a chain. Wether this is a branch or a franchise the owner urgently needs to pay attention to this place.
