La arquitectura se integra con el entorno, realizado por el despacho de Plataforma Arquitectura liderado por Enrique Norten, en el marco de las celebraciones del centenario de la revolución mexicana y el bicentenario de la independencia como parte de la remodelación de la zona de “los fuertes”. Está integrada al mirador con una zona espectacular de la zona centro de Puebla.
