*SCAM ALERT* Two attendants worked together to try and steal from me twice. First they distracted me when the car was almost full. They put in a number twice as it should be. Then when I handed them a $500 they switched claiming I gave $50.

CHEAT! WATCH OUT WHEN YOU PAY! Just like the below reviews, one of the staff played trick on me. I asked for full fill and it was 530 pesos. We gave him 600 pesos, 3 notes of 200 pesos, and he took it then showed us two 200 pesos and one 20 pesos. He changed one 200 to 20. We realized we were cheated. After checking the reviews of this Pemex, I found I was not the only victims. How come this keeps happening?

Tried to scam me saying they pumped 64 liters in my car that fit maximum of 45. They said card payments is not working and you have to pay cash. Second scam, switching a bill from $20 to $1. Stay away from that place.

DO NOT go to this PMEX gas station. I was at Playa Carman for my son's wedding and on my way to airport I stopped by this station to fill up my rental car before returning to airport. The gas attendant waved me in for a full service which is fine since I do not quite know now to operate their pump. While he started pumping gas, he made an effort to get me out of the car to see how much he is pumping. After he finished pumping it was 240 pesos, so I gave him two 100 peso bills and one 50 peso bill. He quickly say I paid him 200, one of the 100 bill became a 50 peso bill. At first I thought I could have make a mistake my self. So I took the 200 peso back from him and gave him a 500 peso bill since I don't have enough change. Very quickly he said I paid him only 50 peso (somehow he swapped the bill into a 50 peso bill very quickly). I realized he is setting a trap and I did not want to argue with him since I don't speak Spanish and it seems like he is going to ganged up on me with the other attendants. I ended up paying 750 peso for 240 peso worth of gasoline. Afterwards I understood why he lured me out of my car so he could played his trick on me one on one without any other witness. This person is VERY BAD and DISHONEST and really put a shame on the PMEX brand.

Read this if you are a tourist to not get scammed: 1) make sure they zero out the balance before adding your gas 2) they will try to distract you with tire pressure/oil check. Keep your eyes on the total bill. They will zero it out and type in a number twice the amount 3) do not use cash, they will switch out your bills 4) use credit card, they will say it’s declined, even show proof, or say the reader doesn’t work. LIES, insist on using the credit card. Don’t let them run it multiple times. 5) call the police if you have to. These tricks were used on us in the span of 10 minutes. We held our ground and paid the correct amount using credit card.

Employee at the pump tried to scam me with the change. He pretended that the 500 bill was a 50. He gave up after 2 min and said that was a mistake...

WARNING. Do not purchase fuel here if you are from US. This gas station is just south of Grand Luxxe by Vidanta on the right side heading south. They will tell you they don't take credit cards, cash only. The total for the fuel the attendant put you in our vehicle was 1, 250 pesos. I handed the attendant 1200 pesos and when I reached for the 50 peso in my other pocket he stuffed one of the 500 pesos bills in his pocket. When I handed him the 50 pesos he showed me the money I'd handed him minus the 500 pesos and said I owed him another 500 pesos. I told him I already paid him. He said no English. He asked again and I said no, got in my car and left.
