★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general La Gas da un servicio excelente, pero la sucursal de Santa Gertrudis Copó ofrece un pésimo
servicio y es derivado de su encargado, quien encuentra excusas para no atender, prefiere desayunar que atender a un cliente.
Mal por la empresa teniendo personal con esa actitud. Los demás empleados intentan hacer su trabajo pero por eso esa gasolinera siempre está vacía.
 In general, La Gas provides excellent service, but the Santa Gertrudis Copó branch offers a lousy
service and is derived from its manager, who finds excuses for not attending, prefers breakfast than serving a customer.
Bad for the company having staff with that attitude. The other employees try to do their jobs but that is why that gas station is always empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal el servicio no es muy amigable. Los despachadores como que se les olvida un trato amable.
Voy solo por que me me dan vales en mi empresa para cargar ahí y es la más cercana, pero cuando ando en otros rumbos cargo en otras sucursales.
In this branch the service is not very friendly. Dispatchers like to forget a kind treatment.
I go alone because they give me vouchers in my company to load there and it is the closest, but when I go in other directions I charge in other branches.

Cuando llueve guardan las terminales de pago con tarjetas, sin embargo, mencionan que no tienen sistema otra pago con tarjetas. La mayoría de veces cargo combustible y pago co tarjeta por que facturo. Casi no tenia combustible y me fui a otra gasolinera que no sea La Gas y me cobraron con tarjeta.
Ojalá y tomen en cuenta este comentario. No siempre un cliente lleva efectivo.
Just as a suggestion:
When it rains, they keep the card payment terminals, however, they mention that they do not have another card payment system. Most of the time I charge fuel and pay by card because I bill. I had almost no fuel and I went to another gas station other than La Gas and they charged me with a card.
Hopefully and take this comment into account. Not always a customer carries cash.

Well , I have not had any problems at that gas station even though Aceves trades your points from your yena card at different branches .
