E	Eduardo Echeverría on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención por parte del dueño. En ningún momento recibimos una atención de su parte (Alguna llamada o mensaje). Nos dejo toda la estancia sin ALBERCA Y WIFI puesto que se le pago por esos servicios. Very bad attention from the owner. At no time do we receive any attention from you (any call or message). He left us the entire stay without POOL AND WIFI since he was paid for those services.
X	Ximena Echeverria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de las personas que rentan ya que en toda nuestra estancia no tuvimos los servicios que se ofrecen (alberca y wifi) y nunca hubo respuesta por parte del señor. NO SE LOS Recomiendo hay muchos mejores y más bonitos muy cerca. Terrible attention from the people who rent since throughout our stay we did not have the services offered (pool and wifi) and there was never a response from the man. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, there are many better and more beautiful very close.
V	Valeria Echeverria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del dueño, la bomba de la alberca no funcionaba y nos dijeron que la cambiarían al día siguiente, no lo hicieron y la alberca estaba con lama y les valió, el dueño no contesto nuestras llamadas y ni hablar de algún reembolso, hay otros hoteles más bonitos y baratos NO VAYAN! Terrible attention from the owner, the pool pump did not work and they told us that they would change it the next day, they did not and the pool was with a lick and it was worth them, the owner did not answer our calls and not to mention a refund, there are other more beautiful and cheaper hotels DO NOT GO!

No recibimos buena atención por parte del dueño, no procuró resolver el servicio de uso de la alberca (por lo cual pagamos) y además no tiene ni la decencia de contestar las llamadas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! We did not receive good attention from the owner, he did not try to solve the service of using the pool (for which we paid) and also he does not have the decency to answer calls.

No se hospeden ahí ya que no pudimos usar la alberca ni tener acceso a internet y el dueño nunca dió la cara, no regresó nunca mis llamadas y no se dignó ni en responder los whatsapp. No tiren su dinero en estos bungalows. Terrible service and lack of customer service from the owner Juan de Dios Lomeli. Do not stay there since we could not use the pool or have access to the internet and the owner never showed his face, never returned my calls and did not even deign to answer the whatsapp. Don't waste your money on these bungalows.

Jamás recibimos una respuesta por parte del dueño ni siquiera para ofrecer una disculpa. No recibimos buena atención por parte del dueño y que no procuró resolver el servicio de uso de la alberca ya que solo 1 día se pudo utilizar porque estaba sucia desde que llegamos y nunca la arreglaron (por lo cual pagamos) y además no tiene ni la decencia de contestar las llamadas. No volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar. I do not recommend it. F	Fatima Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos gustó bastante, teníamos miedo por las opiniones que veiamos pero aún así nos arriesgamos, nos sorprendimos, la alberca super bien, todo limpio, la estancia muy cómoda, nos hospedamos en los bungalows el faro, se los recomiendo!! We liked it a lot, we were afraid of the opinions we saw but still we took a risk, we were surprised, the pool was super good, everything was clean, the stay was very comfortable, we stayed in the El Faro bungalows, I recommend them !!
