I had some wine and thought i was ordering cannelloni. I ended up receiving a plate with just raw beef and shaved cheese. I don’t eat raw beef to begin with but I definitely wasn’t about to start eating it in mexico.

Our words of gratitude go to Miriam Sanchis Food and Beverage Assistant Manager , Arely Alvarado Jimenez La Gondola Manager, Eduardo the captain, Fernando and Ruth - the chefs , Dante- sommelier,Miguel our waiter and many, many more. We could not eat on the beach so the beach was brought to us...sand was poured around our table- beautiful idea. All presentations were very exciting and fresh, thank's to Dante the pairing of the wine was spot on with our dishes. Our dinner was outside at terrace, excellent location, the moon was shining, perfect combination , thank you all. Bravo !!!
A	Ap V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food looks good and the decor is beautiful, lbut the taste does not match. Unfortunately, we were told that half of the items on the menu were unavailable. The service was also poor, with our waiter never checking on us during the meal. Food was bland. Whole experience was very bad.
J	John Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gondola is one of the restaurants that is a table service in the evening and offers an Italian flavour. I think it perhaps needs some guidance on Italian food as the menu and subsequent food is not what you might expect. It is tasty enough though and the staff are lovely and helpful. The restaurant is stunning to be in with a amazing glass ceiling to wonder at. The layout is good giving each table good space and the pianist playing provides a pleasant overall atmosphere. You can also have a buffet breakfast and sometimes lunch. Well worth a visit.

The portions are smaller than at some of the restaurants in the area, but the food is worth the wait in line. Highly recommended for people who want a classy Italian dinner. Don't reccomend bringing children who don't appreciate the food because there are things in the plates such as flower petals that may throw them off and make them not want to eat their meals.
