★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado en este lugar desde hace algún tiempo y para mí ha sido buena opción sobre todo porque manejan precios competitivos y la atención que brindan es relativamente buena aunque creo podrían mejorar principalmente en la atención al cliente, tanto el personal de mostrador, cajas y personal que despacha el pedido, un poco más de atención estaría muy bien.
I have bought in this place for some time and for me it has been a good option especially because they handle competitive prices and the service they provide is relatively good although I think they could improve mainly in customer service, both the counter staff, boxes and staff who dispatches the order, a little more attention would be very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda con personal muy déspota que tratan a los clientes como si no valiera nada es por eso que esta tienda ya se olvidó de quien era cuando empezó en puebla y ahora creen sus empleados que son superiores a otros centros comerciales.
Por fortuna hay otros lugares en donde comprar. Si leen este comentario eduquen a su personal.... Claro si es que les interesa su clientela verdad porque por nosotros es que USTEDES EXISTEN que no se les olvide.

It is a store with very despotic staff who treat customers as if they were worth nothing, that is why this store has already forgotten who it was when it started in Puebla and now its employees believe that they are superior to other shopping centers.
