★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had boots to fit me! I hope in the future they increase their range of big boots. People like me do exist and are very grateful to find quality boots in our size. I just wish they let customers in to look around, I would have probably spent more. The lad spoke English too which just smooths things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 Stars. Very rude staff. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Also they're cubre-boca nazis. I wore mine but they're reluctant to let people into the store because they're scared of Covid, they have a fence to stop you from going in and take a while to come to the door because they're sitting on their phones. They have somewhat of a monopoly because they have lots of supplies but i'd never go there again. The younger man with the big round hat was hurrying me up, was answering my questions very bitterly and kept asking me "is that all? Is that all now?" While he was grabbing the merchandise out of my hand and heading to the cash, then i'd say "no that's not all, i want to look for something else i need" and he'd sigh and roll his eyes and just stared at my from 1/2 foot away and when i'd ask him questions he would just point at the product and mumble some incomprehensible words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gear all the best brands, but here is way only two stars.
I asked the 3 guys working there, basic local climbing questions. Like where’s the nearest crag or running trails. Three of them; couldn’t even tell me where the climbing gym was… one of them had to literally look it up to remember the name of it:/ and when I asked him if any of them climb he shook his head vigorously.
Not very serious for a outdoors (climbing) shop.
