Nos querían cobrar aún más dinero del acordado. Se tardaron en recoger todo lo que llevaron a nuestro domicilio, para velarla, 3 días!! Teniendo nosotros que sacar todo al patio. La urna que nos entregaron estaba muy maltratada, al grado que tuvieron que cambiarla. Nunca nos fueron a recoger, como quedaron, para ir a recoger las memorias o urna Así como que ese día y emotivo momento, nos estaban explicando lo de los trámites municipales, pues no fueron al domicilio a explicarlo, como ellos mismos quedaron .Para colmo, el acta de defunción tenía equivocadas las fechas.YO NO RECOMIENDO ESTE SERVICIO. Se encierra mucho la parte de abajo...
