On Sunday, August 4, I went to the buffet with my family and I saw how a fly was walking on the golden taquitos on the buffet table, when telling the waitress, she only came with an electric racket and swam the horror but kept leaving the food there, When I asked him why he didn't withdraw it, he didn't even say anything, I decided to talk to the person in charge and even though he was kind, I was surprised by his initial response, because he said they had strict orders not to throw anything away. He told me that when this is the case, they give it to the employees, in fact the case is that they never removed that dish from the buffet and I even observed that while I was talking with the manager other diners grabbed the dish because they did not know it was contaminated, I obviously decided withdraw from the place and not pay for that service, which also unfortunately was bad as for the waiters and I don't blame them after knowing that they are given what is left over or contaminated, when they should give them something better. I also mention that on 2 previous occasions I had already gone to eat in that restaurant and there were other waiters whose attention was very good and the food was better cared for both in presentation and in preparation and the strictest hygienic care, I do not know what happened this time but for the sake of the place I hope they change that, since for me it was good and I liked the treatment of the previous staff.

The place is located inside the Hotel Florencia, it is not usually full, they have the necessary measures against COVID-19, the staff are very friendly and quick attention and food service, they taste good, they present the dishes in a simple and not very coarse, although for the very cheap prices it is fine. There is not much variety on the menu but if you want to have something quick for breakfast, good taste and cheap prices this is a good place.
