La Hoja Verde - 77780 Tulum

Great veggie vegan spot in Tulum. The food isn’t the best I’ve had by far, but they do have a good range of options and a varied menu. Service was good.

This is the reason you walk down side streets in foreign countries. Right off the busy road is this gem of a Vegan restaurant that combines flavor, texture and chilled out beach vibes. It’s family friendly, fresh, and damn good. Good luck finding anything better than this in all of Mexico. Que rico, que sabor, y que bueno!

If you are looking for a nice (less crowded) place to eat breakfast in the bustling Tulum, try La Hoja Verde! La Hoja Verde's menu looks so similar to le Kaat's in Valladolid, I suspect it's by the same owner. The dishes here seem better, even though I didn't order the same meal. The juices are definitely a winner here: ordered the Citrus Charlie again (tasted exactly like in Valladolid, was great). Ordered a Pura Vida and was pleasantly surprised: love the sweet sour taste! Had the omelette with greens on the side and did not disappoint: melted cheese and tomatoes in there, great low carb option that was still filling. If Hoja Verde wants to take it to another level, then I'd suggest a barista for the coffee. The cappuccino seems to come from a machine or is made too hot. In any case, just order juices and you'll be swept away by the fresh flavours. Ps: if you see this mural, Hoja Verde is right across it!

Very good vegan breakfast! We had a vegan Omelett with vegan cheese and empanadas, very tasty! Staff is also very motivated and friendly. Even after we wrinlgy ordered a vegetarian Omelett (our mistake and noticed too late) they changed it to a vegan Omelett for free.

Hands down my favorite vegan spot in Tulum! Not only is the food delicious, but the staff treats you like family. Must try the cauliflower tacos (request broiled, not fried), plus the exploradora salad and raw snickers !

We had the falafel bowl and the avocado pasta. Both were good but nothing special. Prices were reasonable. Id recommend it for vegan food and healthy options, but don’t expect anything too special.

Absolutely amazing vegan food. The tacos trilogy is fantastic. Great friendly service and quality of food. My favorite vegan friendly restaurant in Tulum. Edit: Loved it so much came back the next day for lunch. Amazing service and food yet again. Really a great and friendly vegan spot.
