★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecimo servicio nunca encarguen pan para eventos ahí quedan mal y ensima el personal se deslinda la srita menciono "yo solo soy la cajera" ni una disculpa en nombre de su panaderia o yo se lo soluciono, de minimo aqui esta su renvolso nada! Y a un mes de que me quedaron mal ni una llamada para regresar el anticipo del pedido no entregado.

Se que puedo acudir a Profeco pero espero los dueños desconozcan la situacion, que verguenza ir a poner mi queja por $200 .00 y claro mi confianza.
Por que sepan una cosa NO HAY MEJOR PUBLICIDAD QUE LA DE UN CLIENTE YA SEA BUENA O MALA .
Bad service never order bread for events there they look bad and over the top the staff disagree the lady mentioned "I'm just the cashier" nor an apology on behalf of your bakery or I will solve it, at least here is your refund, nothing! And a month after I didn't have a single call to return the advance payment for the undelivered order.

I know I can go to Profeco but I hope the owners are unaware of the situation, what a shame to go to file my complaint for $ 200.00 and of course my confidence.
Because you know, THERE IS NO BETTER ADVERTISING THAN THAT OF A CUSTOMER, EITHER GOOD OR BAD.
