La tripa y la ubre me quedaron a deber, creo que ya estaba muy refrita y me parecía carne de días anteriores...
Los chorizos estaban muy secos, quizás es el chorizo, pero siempre es mejor un buen chorizo con jugosidad.
Regresaré pero creo que solo por arrachera...
