Han descuidado la higiene totalmente....sobran las palabras. Las fotos hablan por si mismas. Every time I have the opportunity to go to Carrillo Pto ... I eat Stuffed Cheese. Me encanta el Queso Relleno, pero también el escabeche y el relleno, en general es ampliamente recomendable si ya estás cansado de comer en el Faisán y Venado. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Felipe Carrillo Puerto. If you are looking for regional and authentic food, you have to visit La Humildad. I love Stuffed Cheese, but also pickled and stuffed, in general it is highly recommended if you are already tired of eating in the Pheasant and Deer.

Lo genial es que la tortilla es hecha a mano, en cuanto a la porción de comida que lleva el taco es muy aceptable, Si quieres comida regional este es el lugar indicado, normalmente siempre tienen relleno negro, queso relleno, escabeche. En cuanto a las instalaciones, hay mucho que valdría la pena mejorar, el baño sería uno, sé que el lugar se llama la Humildad y creo que intentan seguir esa temática, pero tampoco hay que exagerar. El baño es muy importante este en orden y siempre limpio. Tengo que mencionar que las personas que atienden son muy amables.! Eso hace que uno quiera regresar.
