Terrible service, they take a long time to serve your food, after waiting so long they bring you something else that you did not ask for, even though their mistake they charge you for it, and they even add things to your account that you did not order or consume. I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida no es muy buena, el servicio pésimo, duraron alrededor de dos horas en atendernos toda la comida, algunas cosas se cancelaron porque nunca fueron entregadas, otras frías, en la orden terminaron cobrando comidas que no encargamos, meseros inexpertos... Todo el paquete completo.
The food is not very good, the service is lousy, they took about two hours to serve us all the food, some things were canceled because they were never delivered, others cold, in the order they ended up charging meals that we did not order, inexperienced waiters ... Everything the whole package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since moving to Colima, I had looked forward to eating at this restaurant - I'd seen their booths at the Volcano Fest, and had driven past the restaurant and seen how lively it looked. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. We sat waiting for service SO LONG, and then just getting two beers took even longer - I would've walked out, but my husband wanted to stay to try the food. Talk about another disappointment. It felt like I had to wait twenty years for a pathetic looking burger that wasn't even edible. I was so surprised and bummed out. I have absolutely no desire to ever come to this establishment again.
