★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Había llevado mi ropa a lavar varias veces sin ningún problema, pero la última vez me perdieron un par de prendas. Cuando se le avisó a la encargada, dijo que "nadie le había aún regresado ropa que se le hubiera dado por equivocación, pero que ella se ponía en contacto si encontraban algo"...
Al siguiente día avisó que fuera por mi ropa, que la persona encargada de doblarla se equivocó y la había echado a otro cesto y no sabían de quién era hasta que alguien la reclamara. Me entregó la ropa, y le comenté que faltaban todavía unas prendas, y me respondió que no tenían nada más y no podían hacer nada, y se puso a hablar por celular sin terminar de atenderme. Jamás se disculpó por el error.
 Terrible service. I had taken my clothes to be washed several times without any problem, but the last time I lost a couple of clothes. When the manager was notified, she said that "no one had yet returned clothes that had been given to her by mistake, but that she would get in touch if they found anything" ...
The next day he told me to go for my clothes, that the person in charge of folding them made a mistake and had thrown them into another basket and they did not know whose it was until someone claimed it. He gave me the clothes, and I commented that some clothes were still missing, and he replied that they had nothing else and could not do anything, and he started talking on the cell phone without finishing attending to me. He never apologized for the mistake.
