The friendliest and inspirationally positive atmosphere is the first thing you'll notice. Service is excellent...usually offering shots to welcome you, as well as to act as a primer for one of La Jefa's traditional Mexican beverages of style CDMX, which are exceptional! But all this pales in comparison to the food. OMG!!!!! The presentation is stunning...wetting your palette with a visual taste before you delve into Mexican cuisine prepared by a skilled chef...intimately acquainted with the complex nuisance required to mix and balance the myriad flavors in traditional Mexican gourmet...en mode. The whole experience from arrival to departure gives you the not only the taste, but also the feel, of México! ? ?? ?? ?
