Los departamentos son muy reducidas con mucha humedad.
Un dato importante albercas muy reducidas y paredes por fuera tienen un terminado hueco como si fuera tablaroca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal lugar! La constructora no dejó ductos para servicios, los departamentos tienen muchos detalles, por problemas con la constructora no se recoge la basura y se junta por semanas, no atienden garantías y en cada lluvia se va la electricidad.
Very bad place! The construction company did not leave pipelines for services, the apartments have many details, due to problems with the construction company the garbage is not collected and it is gathered for weeks, they do not attend to guarantees and in each rain the electricity goes out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí este fraccionamiento para ver las casas que ofertan,se encuentra en San Vicente y es un desarrollo en vías de construcción,hay unifamiliares y casas de 2 plantas.
Hay secciones con unifamiliares y casas de un planta ya habitados.
En unos años este lugar tendrá más infraestructura y será cotizado.
I got to know this subdivision to see the houses they offer, it is located in San Vicente and it is a development under construction, there are single-family houses and 2-story houses.
There are sections with single-family and one-story houses already inhabited.
In a few years this place will have more infrastructure and will be listed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún en construcción, el acceso debe ser mejorado y las intersecciones fueron bloqueadas con muros. Le falta acomodar el acceso desde la avenida principal, sin embargo, por un precio justo, podría ser un buen lugar para vivir.
Still under construction, access must be improved and intersections were blocked with walls. It lacks to accommodate access from the main avenue, however, for a fair price, it could be a good place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte de la gente interna de la constructora, no cumplen plazos de entrega y en general mala atención para con los compradores y asesores inmobiliarios de las agencias, buen concepto de departamentos que se ve opacado por las personas directas de la constructora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las viviendas no están bien hechas para durar, las hacen con materiales muy baratos al igual que todo lo que que va entre las paredes, no son de buena calidad y aparte en el lugar donde están ( a un lado de un canal) en temporada de calor ay 100s de miles de mosquitos.
The houses are not well made to last, they are made with very cheap materials as well as everything that goes between the walls, they are not of good quality and apart in the place where they are (next to a canal) in season of heat ay 100s of thousands of mosquitoes.
