Deberían de actualizarse

Se me dijo que estarían listos en 3 semanas, ya va un mes y nada. Hablé a la sucursal con la srita. Guadalupe el lunes de la semana pasada y me dijo que llegarían entre jueves y sábado de la misma semana. Ya pasó otra semana y decidí volver a llamar, todavía no están. Quise poner mi queja por via telefónica a las oficinas de ustedes, pues es la matriz y no pude comunicarme con la supervisora pues desde la 1 de la tarde hasta el momento se encuentra en junta...... Me podrían decir qué hacer? Me urge recoger los zapatitos
