Very nice subdivision, it already has a pool, digital access, (before there was not) they changed lights, another roll with this administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es maravilloso, pero no puedo hablar por las personas que viven allí, de seguro existe gente muy amable y cálida, su servicio de seguridad es demasiado amable y tranquilo, pero también me tocó interactuar con la negligencia en persona.
Sí gustas vivir allí tal vez sea el lugar indicado. Sí gustas trabajar para alguien siempre trata de valorarte primero, hay personas dentro de esa privada muy groseras, que no pagan, no liquidan y sin importar lo mucho que te dediques...
Una realidad que todos deberían de saber.
The place is wonderful, but I cannot speak for the people who live there, for sure there are very friendly and warm people, their security service is too friendly and calm, but I also had to interact with the negligence in person.
If you like to live there, it may be the right place. If you like working for someone, always try to value yourself first, there are very rude people within that private sector, who do not pay, do not settle and no matter how much you dedicate yourself ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento muy bonito y seguro, los guardias siempre están al tanto de las entradas a cada una de sus 4 privadas, cuentan con albercas y muy bien cuidado de las áreas verdes. Las casas son amplias ?? Su ubicación es óptima, puesto que cuenta con escuelas, colegios, cines gasolineras y centros comerciales muy cerca, lo que hace que sea el lugar adecuado si la idea es vivir cerca de todo, la verdad nada te faltará. Por último, es también importante comentar que todo está en muy buenas condiciones, desde las calles, las cosas la alberca y cualquier sitio de este fraccionamiento.
Very nice and safe fractionation, the guards are always aware of the entrances to each of their 4 private, have swimming pools and very well maintained green areas. The houses are spacious ?? Its location is optimal, since it has schools, colleges, movie theaters and shopping centers very close, which makes it the right place if the idea is to live close to everything, the truth is nothing you will miss. Finally, it is also important to comment that everything is in very good condition, from the streets, things the pool and anywhere in this subdivision.
