★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeramente el servicio fue excesivamente lento, siendo sólo había una mesa aparte de la nuestra, y en la cual sólo éramos 6 comensales, no obstante los tiempos de espera fueron superiores a la media hora. La comida estaba tibia o fría, las raciones pobres, he de agregar el pesto era incomible y su pasta de frutos de mar se limitaba a sardinas y cabezas de camarón remolidas; lo único parcialmente rescatable son las Focaccias y las Pizzas, y eso solamente porque son elaboradas de masa madre. El flujo del pan de la casa fue muy raquítico, a pesar de solicitarlo amablemente en varias ocasioens. El servicio del mesero fue un caos, falto de experiencia. La comida no tiene ni ápice del sabor italiano que uno esperaría. En lo más mínimo es un restaurante que volvería a visitar o recomendar a mis allegados. Les urge implementar mejoras íntegras.
At first, the service was excessively slow, as there was only one table other than ours, and in which we were only 6 people, however the waiting times were over half an hour. The food was warm or cold, the portions poor, I must add the pesto was inedible and their seafood paste was limited to sardines and shrimp heads; The only partially redeemable are the Focaccias and the Pizzas, and that only because they are made from sourdough. The flow of bread from the house was very meager, despite kindly requesting it on several occasions. The waiter service was chaos, inexperienced. The food does not have an ounce of the Italian flavor one would expect. In the least it is a restaurant that I would visit again or recommend to my close friends. They urgently need to implement comprehensive improvements.
