We booked a home antigen test for travel. The nurse arrived at the agreed time and took samples carefully and quickly. They are very professional and the service has a reasonable cost considering that the test is at home ($ 580 with travel certificate).

I made an appointment via Claudia Vidal on January 9 for January 22. I made it clear from the beginning that we needed to make the appointment as early as possible because my husband was flying at night and if the test still came back positive, we would have to travel across town to get a medical statement. I insisted that he confirm an hour, which he never did. He just told me they'd be there first thing in the morning. On Saturday the 22nd, at 9:30 am I dialed him flat out and he was surprised to learn that no one had come to test us yet (?!). He told me that he would contact me as soon as possible, which he did not do. Half an hour later I had to contact her again and she told me that the nurse would come as soon as a service was over (she obviously did not arrange for us to be the first, as she had promised). Claudia gave the wrong address (or didn't confirm with me what part of the city it was in) so the nurse went somewhere else and then had to travel 30 minutes again to get to the right address. Areli Huerta arrived and did her job very well. He told us that in 1-1.5 hours we would receive the QR code. After 3 hours of not receiving it, I contacted Claudia. His phone rang and then he sent me to the mailbox. I called Araceli to ask for support since they didn't answer the company phone either. Having a flight in a few hours and not having the QR code, the stress was at its peak. I had to ask a friend to call Claudia to answer; So he did and a few minutes later they sent the code. It is not right that one is paying for a service where one does not know if they are going to comply or not. They create too much unnecessary stress. Due to Claudia Vidal's lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this company.

I totally recommend the service. It provides documents to fly and certificates for home school. The nurses are very professional.

They became unreliable despite being recommended by Lufthansa. ---- On the fourth time I did a PCR test with them with the promise that the certificate would be up to 24 hours later. After 24 hours, I had to contact them to ask for my certificate, which they sent but with the wrong sample collection time, it was 00:00 on the day I took it, when it should have said 1:40 p.m. When I contacted them, they told me that they were working with a new laboratory (they outsource, they do not analyze the samples) and that they put their dates like this and that there was nothing they could do. That they could take another sample from me to process it with another laboratory but I had to pay again. Fortunately, I was able to find a laboratory that had a PCR test within 3 hours, so as not to put my trip at risk.
