★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A este espacio se le conoce como la Laguna y es un lugar en dónde, por lo general, la gente asiste para realizar actividades físicas, sobre todo para ir a correr.
Dentro de lo malo: Hay una gran cantidad de basura al rededor, un extremo de la misma está cerca de un canal de aguas negras y debido a esto a veces se perciben malos olores, existe una pista para correr pero no está en muy buenas condiciones y no está bien terminada, finalmente la flora del lugar está seca debido al abandono y la falta de mantenimiento en el lugar.
Lo bueno: Se puede practicar running al rededor de la Laguna sin problema alguno, por lo regular no hay tanta gente, sin embargo el volúmen de personas varía dependiendo de la hora, también es un buen lugar para caminar o pasear a las mascotas; además cerca de aquí, hay varios parques y lugares en dónde se pueden practicar más actividades físicas. La gente que convive aquí, por lo general es muy amable y hay personas tratando de rescatar el lugar.

Inside the bad: There is a lot of garbage around, one end of it is near a sewage canal and because of this sometimes bad smells are perceived, there is a running track but it is not in very good condition and it is not well finished, finally the flora of the place is dry due to abandonment and lack of maintenance in the place.
The good: You can practice running around the Lagoon without any problem, usually there are not so many people, however the volume of people varies depending on the time, it is also a good place to walk or walk the pets; also near here, there are several parks and places where you can practice more physical activities. The people who live here are generally very friendly and there are people trying to rescue the place.
