★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio. Siempre venden boletos cuando ya no hay lugares en el autobús y se excusan en que es un servicio ordinario por lo tanto no tienen la responsabilidad de verificar la disponibilidad. Y aparte de todo no te quieren hacer la devolución de tu dinero ?
The worst service. They always sell tickets when there are no longer places on the bus and they excuse themselves that it is an ordinary service therefore they do not have the responsibility of checking availability. And apart from all they don't want to make you return your money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende el destino a donde vayas el tipo de autobús, he viajado de guadalajara a zitácuaro y los autobuses muy padres pero esta vez me tocó viajar de morelia a zitácuaro y el servicio dejó mucho que desear además de que estaba sobrevenido el autobús, había personas sentadas en las escaleras del autobús y hasta personas de pie!
