★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He viajado varias veces con estos autobuses y me gustaba el servicio en general, hasta las últimas 2 veces, que me toco ir en un autobus con los baños sucios el olor era horrible viajar 10 horas con esa peste, además de que los choferes ya no encienden el wifi, y si les preguntas algo te dan el avión diciendo que no saben nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años viajando por la línea y le daria 5 eztrellas pero ha habido detalles, minimos pero al fin detalles; en este momento voy a viajar y estando ya para abordar me regresan a ventanilla porque tengo que traer boleto impreso, mi pregunta es ..para que ponen la venta en línea si de todos modos tengo que hacer fila en ventanilla??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del estacionamiento, no permiten el acceso de manera rápida para recolectar paqueteria, no tienen tiempo de tolerancia en su aparcamiento y te hacen pagar cantidades exageradas por fracción o pocos minutos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te engañan mucho compras un boleto para un autobús la línea y te mandan en otro qué nada que ver con el servicio, los choferes traen apartados los primeros cuatro asientos para gente que ellos traen o los apartan con su equipaje, eso desacredita a esa línea y la gente que paga un servicio lo ponen en segundo término, también algunos chóferes son muy prepotentes.
They deceive you a lot when you buy a ticket for a bus on the line and they send you on another one that has nothing to do with the service, the drivers set aside the first four seats for people they bring or set them aside with their luggage, that discredits that line and people who pay for a service put it in the background, also some drivers are very arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo ni una estrella les daría, pero es la forma que me deje publicar y quejarme del pésimo servicio que esta prestando la linea(autovias) a sus clientes.
Yo hoy estoy viajando de zamora a morelia en el 5:10 am.
Nos pusieron un servicio de tercera categoría cuando yo pague un servicio plus y tengo mis boletos.
Nos subieron a un camión de occidente que es su línea económica con un camión que ni baño traía, cuando yo pague por una comodidad de baño, asientos reclinables , pantalla individual y el camión nada tenia nada más que asientos.
Su escuza fue que no sabían que camión les iban a mandar y la verdad es una mentira por que ellos tienen programadas las salidas todos los días, y otra más no
es la primera vez que me pasa, las anteriores puse queja en sus oficinas y no han hecho caso. Esto lo vienen haciendo desde que tienen la licitación del Imss ya que ganan también es para que tuvieran un mejor servicio y no es justo que por dar un servicio pésimo a los derechohabientes del imss también se lo den a sus clientes como yo que pagamos un servicio plus y que además no se nos hizo ningún descuento

They put us on a bus from the west that is their economic line with a truck that did not even have a bathroom, when I paid for a comfortable bathroom, reclining seats, individual screen and the truck had nothing but seats.
Their listening was that they did not know which truck they were going to send and the truth is a lie because they have scheduled departures every day, and another one they don't
It is the first time that it happens to me, the previous ones I made a complaint in their offices and they have not paid attention. They have been doing this since they have the Imss tender since they win it is also so that they have a better service and it is not fair that for giving a lousy service to the imss beneficiaries they also give it to their clients like me who pay for a service plus and that we were also not given any discount
