Si tienes más opciones eligelas, no te hospedes aquí!! Te piden depósito en garantía de 500$ Al salir nos cobraron de este por lavar una almohada que se nos calló líquido sobre ella... se supone que igual tienen que lavar las cosas, solo te quieren sacar más dinero!!!

El servicio fue pésimo el baño se tapo 2 veces El gerente nos ofreció un desayuno de cortesía pero cuando regresamos del desayuno nos estaban cobrando 1500 por el problema del baño y el depósito que te piden se lo quedaron.

El hotel está muy limpio, el personal es muy amable. Lamentablemente tiene muy cerca un bar que es demasiado ruidoso y se escucha desde la noche hasta el amanecer.

Fue una muy mala experiencia, la única noche que pase en este hotel no pude dormir, tienen colchones de resortes y están tan viejos que los resortes están salidos, no hay teléfono en la habitación para hablar a la Administración, tampoco hay sillas en la habitación para trabajar, las sabanas están viejas y rotas, el llavero es algo que no había visto desde los años 70's y todavía te dicen que debes dejar la llave cuando salgas, además, te piden que te pongas un brazalete como si fueras ganado, son pocas habitaciones y aún así lo hacen. No regreso a este hotel

I paid online. Gave my room to someone else and said they didnt have my name in their system. Just got scammed for 4 days worth at the hotel. Be careful when checking in!

First off the hotel is new and modern and everything looked very clean. They accepted payment by credit card. The room has a good TV with a decent selection of TV channels and very good air conditioning. The staff were trustworthy and seemed to try their best. I forgot my Chromebook in my bedroom after check out, and upon calling the hotel they found it and kept it safe for me until I could return to the hotel to pick it up a few days later. Despite all of this I wanted to give this place a 2 stars for the reasons below but I will give it 4 stars because of the trustworthiness of the staff. The main reason I chose this location was for the close proximity to the bus station but it was a mistake as it's still a few blocks away. I was also disappointed to find that the hotel was not facing the ocean. The photo of the hotel I found a bit deceiving as it gives the impression that there is a larger lobby than there is, in reality, the lobby is actually very small... with a limited seating area, and not very strong WiFi. Unfortunately, a deposit in cash is always required and it's returned upon checkout. Not the end of the world but after finally checking into our bedroom we noticed there was a bad sewage smell which made the stay very uncomfortable, the staff did respond quickly to try and solve the problem which was appreciated but I don't understand why we were not given a different room for the inconvenience. Leaving the window open to help clear out the smell was also a challenge as there is a very loud live music venue behind the building that plays music well past midnight. Between the bad smell and loud music, we honestly did not get much sleep... and if I could go back in time I wish we just took our taxi to the bus station and took the night bus, as it would've been cheaper and probably more comfortable too. Hot water running took about 15 minutes to heat up. I booked one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel at a price of about 800 MXN but I don't think it was worth it... and unless the price drops I probably won't stay again.
