Good sports club but very pricy for the current state of its infrastructure. We enjoy the classes given here and the community is great.

Great world-class facilities... will definitely come back to another swim camp

This is a great sports club. It has an indoors Olympic swimming pool and an outdoor semi Olympic swimming pool. It has also a 400 meters Olympic track&field area, rooms for taekwondo, tennis, racquetball, gymnastics and other sports. Beside the club there is a hotel and several villages used by national teams and college teams during high altitude training periods. It has hosted the Mexican National teams and Michael Phelps during his preparation to Beijing 2008.

This is an excellent facility with many sports and exercise opportunities. The locker rooms are beautiful and have changing rooms and places to sit to dry your hair and do your makeup (at least in the women's adults only area. ) They have an Olympic size indoor heated pool and a smaller outdoor heated pool. There's an outdoor track, tennis courts, several places to get food, small shops with clothing, swim caps, goggles, etc.

La Loma counts with amazing teachers who are passionate for sharing and coaching. All which I know are committed and engage during the classes to motivate their students and help them give their best. The complex counts with rooms for every discipline, which are disinfected after every class, and so is the equipment used during the classes. The gym has a cardio zone with many treadmills, rowers, ellipticals and climbers. The lower floor has equipment to work on strength. Members of the complex can access the gym anytime within the hours that the complex is open. It's possible to borrow a towel on the entrance to the gym. There are coaches in each zone that may instruct members on the use of the equipment, who are also willing to assign workouts. The bathrooms have saunas, jacuzzis, steam baths, changing rooms and conventional showers. The city in which the complex is located is very high. Hence, many professional athletes from other countries come to improve their oxygenation. They go to La Loma, because of the grand installations and professionalism.
