★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disclaimer: I didn't stay here. I booked La Loma with my brother, who then got sick, so we had to stay in Puerto Vallarta. La Loma refunded 100% of the cost, despite it being a very last-minute cancelation. Very few other hotels would do the same.
