★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó porque pides un pedido a domicilio por ejemplo yo pedí longaniza y me dieron la longaniza mas fea seca y vieja que tenían y la verdad no pago cualquier cosa para que me den este tipo de carne.

Hay que llamar más de 10 veces para que regrese el repartidor con el cambio e igual no regresa ni te hacen caso, última vez que compramos!! Qué pena

Al ordenar por telefono la señorita no te puede decir los precios sin ponerte en espera, no sabe lo que hay en existencia, y además de habernos dejado varios minutos en espera al final nos colgó el teléfono.
En estos caso yo recomendaría que se entrene el personal, para que estos puedan trabajar bajo presión y/o solo exista una persoa que atienda el teléfono.

La chica de recepción "Adriana" muy mal su servicio, ya que no sabe que es lo que tiene en existencia en la carniceria, le llamo para hacer mi pedido y me dice que si, pasan mas de dos horas y vuelvo a marcar y me dice que no hay lo que pido, le hago saber que tiene que avizar con tiempo para nosotros poder buscar el producto en otra parte y me responde muy risueña diciendo que no registra el número de los clintes.
Espero hagan algo al respecto ya que nosotros somos clientes frecuentes " diario " y esta chica siempre tiene mala actitud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto es bueno pero el servicio a domicilio PÉSIMO!! Van 2 veces que pido a domicilio, la primera vez me cobraron de mas y la segunda me mandaron solo la mitad del pedido, a parte que se tardan muchísimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful quality, great service and they have the freshest meat in San Miguel, much of which they raise and butcher themselves. A lot of their beef is grass fed. Only place I get red meat and pork. Will cut to your specifications and have a lot behind the scenes - so ask for what you want.
