★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no nos dieron la bienvenida, las personas que atienden en ningún momento se nos acercaron, les hacíamos preguntas y no contestaban solo nos hacían caras, la verdad es que íbamos a comprar pero preferimos buscar otro sitio porque nos vieron muy feo. No vayan a esta tienda y mejor busquen artículos en la web o visiten la rockshop.

Es una pena que en los comentarios se refieran a ese local así, ya que en algunos se puede ver que lo hacen con el fin de quedar bien con lo que viene siendo la competencia, no sé si fueron pagados por ellos pero se puede notar, ya que casualmente todos comentaron el mismo día, pero los que SI somos clientes sabemos que servicio nos dan y es excelente... Es una tienda ROCKSHOP no de anime, por si su molestia fue no encontrar algo similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato hacia los clientes es pésimo, te miran de pies a cabeza haciéndote caras, si preguntas por precios no te contestan, te discriminan por como vas vestido y te miran prácticamente con asco. Es lamentable que un negocio en Xalapa tenga ese pesimo servicio. Las prendas que venden no pagan derechos de autor a las peliculas y artistas que tienen plasmados en sus camisetas y demas articulos siendo estos de una calidad dudosa. Recomiendo no ir ya que se llevarán un mal sabor de boca con el trato de los dueños del lugar.
The treatment towards the customers is terrible, they look at you from head to toe making you faces, if you ask for prices they don't answer you, they discriminate against you as you are dressed and they look at you practically disgusted. It is unfortunate that a business in Xalapa has such a terrible service. The garments they sell do not pay copyright to the films and artists that are embodied in their t-shirts and other items, these being of doubtful quality.
