★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda muy surtida. Y tiene casi de todo. He ido varias veces y lo que me desagrada es que cada vez que voy las señoritas son muy apáticas y nunca quieren salir del mostrador si les preguntas por algun producto solo dicen que 'no hay'.
En otras dulcerias hacen todo lo posible para que no salgas de la tienda con las manos vacias. Van a buscar el producto y si no lo tienen te ofrecen otro parecido y te dan muchas opciones.
Les falta mas empatia y métodos de venta. Voy ahí porque me queda mas cerca, espero cambien de estrategias y seria mi dulceria favorita.
It is a very well stocked store. And it has almost everything. I have been several times and what I dislike is that every time I go the ladies are very apathetic and they never want to leave the counter if you ask them for a product they only say 'there isn't'.
In other candy stores they do everything possible so that you do not leave the store empty-handed. They will look for the product and if they don't have it they offer you another similar one and they give you many options.
They lack more empathy and sales methods. I go there because it is closer to me, I hope they change strategies and it would be my favorite candy store.
