Terrible place. If you reserve, do not pay everything and ask for the cancellation policies in writing. Book early and pay for everything, I arrived and the site was a room with 3 bunk beds for 6 people. The beds were close together (no space between beds). The luggage space is one and a half meters from the bed to the wall. You cannot walk, the room is very small. THERE ARE NO COVID MEASURES and the risk of contagion in those 4x4 rooms for 6 people is very high. The air conditioning was right at the level of the tops of the bunks. It is impossible to sleep like this, you are very cold. The bathroom was dirty and smelled really bad. There are 3 or 4 showers, but all the tenants left their things and towels there. There was no space to put mine, I literally had to put them on the floor. The lousy attention. I asked for my money back and they refused, then a super rude and haughty guy came to whom I explained what was happening and told me, for the 5 days that you are going to stay, I will give you your money back (as if to say, not that it was too much ). He made a call and said that he was always not going to give me anything back. In conclusion do not expose yourself.

The worst hostel I have ever seen in my life! Very bad treatment from the managers, dirty, noisy and racist! They fired my girlfriend for being Spanish! What a brutal experience! They didn't refund our money either and it was also very expensive! Horrible!

A very dirty place... In the morning it was all full of the remains of the night's drunkenness, everything without washing, garbage on the floor, the overflowing garbage can and the very dirty stove. The beds have plastic covered mattresses and you can't even move because of the noise they make. There is no covid measure. For the same price there are sure to be places a thousand times better. The only good thing was the kindness of the gentleman who attended me.
