★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si es mi mala suerte o así cocinan pero el pozole,tenía granos medio crudos y duros para un pozole, no firmes, duros.
Aparte pedí una tostada/Morelia a de pata, estaba un poco ácida y no tenía lechuga.
El sabor en general es bueno, pero los granos del pozole me dejaron decepcionada.
Espero puedan arreglar esto en el futuro.Asi como sus tostadas duras, no estaban crujientes, estaban duras.
No hay mucha ventilación dentro del establecimiento, no recomendada en días calurosos, tienen mesas afuera pero se ocupan rápido.
 I do not know if it's my bad luck or so they cook but the pozole, had medium raw and hard grains for a pozole, not firm, hard.
Aside I ordered a toast / Morelia a la pata, it was a bit acidic and had no lettuce.
The taste in general is good, but the beans from the pozole left me disappointed.
I hope they can fix this in the future. As their hard toasts, they were not crispy, they were hard.
There is not much ventilation inside the establishment, not recommended on hot days, they have tables outside but they take up quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anterior mente era mi lugar favorito para comer, hoy 2-01-22 volví a ir y me decepcionó mucho, los precios muy elevados, el sabor de la pancita no es el mismo, todo desabrido, la orden de pata con unos trozos enormes, en fin, creo que será la última vez que vaya, (por cierto me hizo mal la comida) si eres turista te recomiendo que comas mejor, más rico y más barato en el mercado 1 de mayo ?
Previously it was my favorite place to eat, today 01-02-22 I went back and was very disappointed, the prices are very high, the taste of the belly is not the same, everything is bland, the order of leg with some huge pieces, Anyway, I think it will be the last time I go, (by the way the food made me bad) if you are a tourist I recommend that you eat better, richer and cheaper in the market May 1 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es muy rico. Tostadas y caldos cumplidores. Pero cada vez que uno lo visita es más caro! 25 pesos una tostada del tamaño de un taquito al pastor y un caldo de pollo en 85 pesos es demasiado.
He is always very rich. Compliant toast and broths. But every time one visits it is more expensive! 25 pesos for toast the size of a taquito al pastor and a chicken broth at 85 pesos is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es recomendable comer en este lugar, en mi caso yo solicite como consumo una orden de pancita y la pancita esta sobre cocida, las tostadas estaban quemadas y como postre solicite factura de mi consumo y espere 5 días para que me llegará, y eso nunca sucedió; desafortunadamente no radico en Pachuca solo fui de visita, pero por nada del mundo lo recomendaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido varias veces a consumir algo de lo que ofrecen. Me gustan las tostadas de camarón, son frescos los camarones cosa que disfruto mucho.
También he probado las tortas de pierna, recomiendo estas dos experiencias.
El servicio es a bueno, pero podría ser mejor .

Sabor entre malo y pasable.
No sé dejen engañar por su "antigüedad"
Pienso que se han mantenido de puro incauto qué va de paso, como yo.
Pedí pozole y una orden de tostadas(qué tardaron años en llegar), la última tostada era de milanesa e incluía patas de insecto (parecía cucaracha) como quiera parece que si las metieron bien a la freidora porque la salud e higiene es primero.
La atención al cliente, la chica que me atendió muy atenta.

I ordered pozole and an order of toast (which took years to arrive), the last toast was milanese and included insect legs (it looked like a cockroach) however it seems that they put them in the fryer well because health and hygiene comes first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable llegar a un lugar que según tiene historia y llevarte la descepcion de:
1 los precios muy altos ($52 por una torta de jamón ??)
2 pozole y consomé de pollo sin sabor. Le hace falta ese toque que distingue un buen y sabroso consomé de pollo.
3 tomando en cuenta relación tamaño precio. Los tamaños están demasiado pequeños.
La verdad esta muy mal el servicio de cocina.
La Atención por parte de los meseros muy mal. Faltaron productos que pedimos y no trajeron a la mesa. Y te dejan a la deriva
