★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente en esta ocasión me tocara NO recomendar este establecimiento, ni su comida, ni el trato, realmente encontrarme en este tipo de locales, esperas llevarte un buen sabor de boca y mas porque vez que en las fotos se ve bien servido, para empezar de su corto menu no tenian una cuarta parte de el, en lo que respecta al sansón me imagino que estaba mas que congelada la comida pues pedimos de tinga de Pollo que tenia mas cebolla que pollo pero ni la cebolla sabia... Nop nada recomendables en absoluto... Person por el comentario me da pena, pero mas pena me daria que gastaran su dinero en algo que no les va adejar buen sabor de boca.. Ni modo megatache para esta ocasion.
Unfortunately on this occasion I will NOT recommend this establishment, nor its food, nor the treatment, I really find myself in this type of premises, you hope to take a good taste in your mouth and more because once in the photos it looks well served, to begin with. Their short menu did not have a quarter of it, with regard to samson I imagine the food was more than frozen because we asked for chicken tinga that had more onion than chicken but not even the onion tasted ... Nope at all recommended in Absolute ... Person for the comment makes me sad, but I would be more sorry if they spent their money on something that will not leave a good taste in their mouths .. No megatache mode for this occasion.

Los dependientes son amables, lo cocinan al momento, si veo limpuo el lugar.
Los precios por unidad son de $45 o $50, son como quesadillas ligeras.
No me satisfice con 1.
Falta una salsa más picosa y que tengan más espacio.

Tienen las tortillas del machete previamente refrigeradas, si momento de calentarlas ser ponen "cuerudas". El picadillo y la tinga lo tienen empaquetado al vacío y refrigerado. El joven que las hace, creo que le falta habilidad.

Los machetes ? si está bien grandes se preparan al momento calientitos . Me gustó el de chicharrón prensado y me encantó el de mollejas al chiltecpin acompañado de salsita de habanero. ?
Solo como retroalimentación falta más variedad y opción en bebidas ? y salsas ?.
