S	Sel Dízz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Platillos deliciosos pero lo más importante, ingredientes de calidad. Muchas veces te encuentras que la calidad de las carnes frías no es tan buena. En este caso no es así, el jamón serrano que acompaña los huevos Machi por ejemplo, es de calidad. La vista desde las terrazas en la parte de arriba es linda. Es pet friendly. Me encanta que nos ayudaron abriendo la puerta lateral que da a las escaleras externas para poder subir con nuestro perro porque las escaleras de caracol no las sube. Hemos ido ya varias veces y siempre ha sido una experiencia maravillosa tanto con los alimentos como con la atención. Hay juegos de mesa para quedarte un rato si tienes ganas de hacer sobremesa. Solo hay una cosa que pienso podría mejorar: los menús porque son una fotocopia de papel. Tal vez hacerlos a través de un scan o forrarlos con plástico para poder limpiarlos o mandarlos a imprimir en otro material. Excellent service. There is only one thing that I think could improve: the menus because they are a photocopy of paper. Maybe make them through a scan or cover them with plastic to be able to clean them or send them to print on another material.

Nos arriesgamos y después de una buena caminata decidimos pasar y pude experimentar la atención desde la llegada. El mal trato y mala atención, supuse algo andaba mal con la chica e incluso la cajera intervino y dijo que pasáramos y nos atenderían. Cómo si fuera una película; el trato fue pésimo en comparación con otros comensales a quienes los atendían muy amablemente, nótese en la foto como nos dejaron la mesa y las bebidas que pedimos (estábamos sentadas del otro lado); veo fotos que publican y están muy padrísimas. Es de esas raras veces en las que simplemente no entiendes que es lo que pasa. En fin mala muy mala experiencia!!! Con tintes de discriminación... Las tisanas son muy ricas al igual que los Lattes. El personal es muy amable y el lugar es acogedor. A little cafe in the heart of Valle de Bravo. With a terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley. The breakfasts are very rich and homemade. Herbal teas are very tasty, just like Lattes. The staff is very friendly and the place is cozy.

Honestamente les falta muuuucho en el servicio, no son groseros, pero tampoco amables ni atentos. El pastel de chocolate es malon, tiene buena pinta, pero sabe a pingüino. The place is nice, and the breakfast is very rich. Value for money is fair. Extra points for being petfriendly. They are honestly sooo lacking in service, they are not rude, but neither friendly nor attentive. The chocolate cake is bad, it looks good, but it tastes like a penguin.
