Terrible service and Mrs. Sara (at least that name she gave me) super rude and haughty. I placed an order for an event 5 days before and the delivery time was 1pm. I went at that time and they told me that until 3 o'clock it would be ready, which no longer served me at that time and I could not return that day. Basically he told me make him what you want. I asked for my money back and she told me that since she hadn't placed the order there was nothing she could do and to come back 3pm for my refund.
