★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que llegué pensé que había encontrado un buen lugar donde cortarme el cabello; la segunda vez pensé que sólo había tenido mala suerte de que no me lo cortaron bien; esta tercera vez hice una cita y cuando llegué, a la hora acordada, me dijeron que si me podía esperar unos 20 minutos en lo que “acababan” un corte (20 minutos no suena a la parte final de un corte), me pidieron mi número al momento de hacer la cita y nunca se molestaron en contactarme para decirme que iban atrasados. Me preguntaron si quería hacer una cita para otro día… porque seguro me quedé con muy buena impresión de su sistema de citas, ¿no?
The first time I arrived I thought I had found a good place to cut my hair; the second time I thought I was just unlucky that they didn't cut it right; this third time I made an appointment and when I arrived, at the agreed time, they told me that if I could wait about 20 minutes while they "finished" a cut (20 minutes does not sound like the final part of a cut), they asked me for my number when I made the appointment and they never bothered to contact me to tell me they were running late. They asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for another day... because I'm sure I was left with a very good impression of their appointment system, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lupita is very friendly and does a really good job styling my hair. The haircuts cost 350 pesos and includes deep conditioning as well. Washing and styling is 150 peso. I came here to get my hair washed because there isn’t enough hot water in my Airbnb to wash my hair ? and I cannot style it as nice as they can!
