En algunas temporadas dan cursos donde pueden ir las personas con sus mascotas para aprender ciertas técnicas de distintos temas. En su página de Facebook publican cuando organizan dichos eventos. En general la atención es muy buena y el conocimiento que tienen para resolver los problemas de las mascotas es muy bueno.
