★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El en pan dulce es solamente pan Bimbo con mermelada y el huevo ranchero solo es una tortilla con el huevo y salsa, eso es todo. No le ponen nada más. Muy sencillito todo y bastante equis. Y tardan mucho y ni gente hay.
The sweet bread is only Bimbo bread with jam and the ranchero egg is only an omelette with the egg and sauce, that's all. They don't put anything else on it. Very simple everything and quite a few X's. And they take a long time and not even people are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace apenas un tiempo mencionaba y recomendaba este lugar, sin embargo recientemente tuve una mala experiencia con ellos y quedé decepcionada.
Cabe decir que mi experiencia fue una combinación del restaurante y el servicio de entrega Rappi.
Resulta que solicité un desayuno y al momento de recibirlo venía totalmente batido, quizá y lo puedo entender, por el traslado. Aún así lo recibí. De inmediato me puse en contacto con el restaurante y de forma muy grosera quien atendió mi llamada se limitó a decirme que el producto salió bien de ahí, así que era un tema del servicio de entrega (osea del Rappi que llevó las cosas a mi casa). Aunado a esto, la verdad la calidad de la comida dejo mucho que desear, juzguen ustedes mismos en las imágenes que agrego.
Desde mi punto de vista siento que el personal no supo atender mi queja, ya que si bien entiendo se realiza un traslado del producto, considero que si es responsabilidad del restaurante vigilar el adecuado sellado de los contenedores y en su caso recomendar al repartidor tener cuidado en el manejo de loa mismos.
Por esta razón les invito a cuidar sus órdenes con este restaurante y más aún, en el servicio de entrega a domicilio.
Just a while ago I was mentioning and recommending this place, however recently I had a bad experience with them and was disappointed.
Needless to say, my experience was a combination of the Rappi restaurant and delivery service.
It turns out that I requested a breakfast and when I received it it came completely beaten, perhaps and I can understand it, due to the transfer. I still got it. I immediately got in touch with the restaurant and, in a very rude way, whoever answered my call just told me that the product came out well from there, so it was a matter of the delivery service (that is, the Rappi who took things to my house ). In addition to this, the truth is that the quality of the food left much to be desired, judge for yourself in the images that I add.
From my point of view I feel that the staff did not know how to deal with my complaint, since although I understand that the product is being transferred, I consider that if it is the responsibility of the restaurant to monitor the proper sealing of the containers and, where appropriate, recommend the delivery person to be careful in managing themselves.
For this reason, I invite you to take care of your orders with this restaurant and even more, in the home delivery service.
